This policy explains how BK Grill handles information submitted through this website’s feedback form. It does not apply to third-party services you visit through links on this site.
Information we collect
The feedback form collects your name and email address, plus any visit date, visit time, order number, phone number, comments, and 1–5 ratings you choose to provide. Submitted ratings are stored with the question labels shown at the time. BK Grill does not store your full IP address with a feedback submission.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your restaurant experience, identify service or food issues, improve operations, and contact you when a response would be helpful. Temporary one-way technical identifiers are used for spam prevention, rate limiting, and duplicate-submission protection.
Storage, notifications, and access
Feedback is stored in this website’s WordPress database on its hosting environment. When notifications are enabled, the submission is also emailed to the BK Grill team recipients configured by an authorized site administrator. Authorized administrators can view submissions in the private WordPress dashboard. Email and hosting providers may process the information only as needed to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
Feedback submissions are currently retained until an authorized BK Grill administrator deletes them. The site does not presently run an automatic deletion schedule. Temporary anti-spam and duplicate-submission records expire automatically, generally within 10 minutes to 24 hours.
Cookies and analytics
BK Grill’s custom public website code does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrators who sign in. External services such as Toast, Instagram, and Rahma Roasters have their own privacy and cookie practices once you follow a link to them.
Your choices
You may ask us to locate, correct, or delete feedback you submitted. To protect your information, we may need enough detail to verify the request and identify the relevant submission.
